The digital engagement landscape is ever-changing... so what's happening in 2023?

2023 is shaping up to be a year of growth and excitement in the industry. "In-person" conferences are happening again, new museum build projects are back on schedule, and tourism is projected to continue its steady increase post-pandemic with more countries reopening for the first time (China & Japan for example). What makes our industry so exciting is the community surrounding cultural institutions.
