Introducing the Virtual Queue Guru Experience Co.'s latest feature allows visitors to maximize time spent exploring.

Space Center Houston needed to replace the “first come first served” tram boarding system they used before the pandemic with a digital solution. 

 "The goal was to limit the number of visitors in the tram queue and boarding area so that social distancing could be maintained while still providing a seamless visitor experience." says Guru Experience Co. CEO Suzie DerghamGuru’s Virtual Queue solution provided Space Center with advanced Tour registration, Tour and Boarding time information, and digital queueing with planned timed intervals.Tram riders are issued a Virtual Boarding Pass with a group number and wait time for departure. Visitors are now free to explore the Center until their group is called. Digital Signage in the Center lets visitors know which tram is approaching, and which is on deck.  When it’s time to board, visitors receive a push notification from the  app along with directions on where to go to enter their assigned tram.
